Use this popup menu to put the location (URL) of a recently visited page into the entry field, so you can quickly revisit it. The popup contains the names of visited pages for the current (front) browser window only.
Think of it as a “mini-history”.
Enter here the location (URL) of a page you want iCab to load and display. Use the buttons below to quicky enter the location of an often-visited page or one for browsing Mac volumes on the desktop.
Click here to delete any text in the location (URL) field.
Click here to put the location (URL) of your “home page” into the entry field. The home page is often a local or Web page with links to other sites. You specify your home page in the Default Pages section of the Preferences dialog.
Click here to put the location (URL) of your favorite Internet search site into the entry field. Your favorite search site is usually the one you use most regularly. You specify the search site in the Default Pages section of the Preferences dialog.
Click here to put the location (URL) of your “helper page” into the entry field. The helper page is usually one you use often, for example a site about HTML standards. You specify the helper page in the Default Pages section of the Preferences dialog.
Click “Cancel” to close this dialog without opening a new page.
Click “OK” to close this dialog and open the page entered in the location (URL) field.
Click here to put a “Local Mac” URL into the entry field. This URL opens a browser window with links to all desktop volumes, including networked ones. You use the links to browse volumes and folders, open HTML and text files – and even launch programs.
